At Fenton Sports Performance, located in Fenton Ftiness and Athletic Center, we specialize in Sports Performance Training for athletes of all ages and fitness levels. No matter what sport you play, we offer the latest training methods and athletic programs to enable you to perform at your full potential.

Athletes train two to three times per week for six week sessions.  All athletes undergo an assesment at the start of training to determine their functional limits and assymetries.  This allows the trainer to track each athlete's progress and identify the most effective training to restore proper movement and build strength in each individual. Each session lasts 60 minutes and class size is limited to assure proper trainer to athlete supervision.  The program is designed and administered by physical therapists and strength coaches that are certified strength and conditioning specialists through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
