Discuss your fitness goals and concerns with a trainer, and he/she will prepare a 4 week exercise program unique to your individual needs. You will be coached through proper exercise performance, and you can return in thirty days for a new routine.

1 on 1 Personal Training
1 on 1 Personal Training is reserved for individuals who are training for a specific event, recovering from injury, or who have movement restrictions or limitations that require program modifications. It can also be useful if you are motivated by the personal attention and accountability from a trainer and like setting appointments at your convenience. (Available 1, 2, 3, or 4 times per week.)
