Training Options

Program Design

If you like to train independently, but still need guidance from a Certified Personal Trainer, this is a great option.  Discuss your fitness goals and concerns with a trainer, and he/she will prepare a 4 week exercise program unique to your individual needs.  You will be coached through proper exercise performance, and you can return in thirty days for a new routine.

Team Training

Studies have shown that the social support provided by a group exercise program has a positive effect on fat loss and fitness level.   Combine the fun, motivating atmosphere of a group class along with the direct supervision of a qualified trainer and results are sure to follow. If you are serious about changing your body, try our Team Training classes. (Available 6 days/week at times to fit every schedule.)  You can read a description of our Team Training classes: MetCon, Total Body Training, Suspension Shred, and M3B on our Team Training page.

These training sessions are challenging, invigorating circuits, combining cardiovascular and functional strength training exercises. (Choose 5 sessions/month or 12 sessions/month.)

**Includes Team Training and Program Design.
