Kyle_Trainer-Fenton_FitnessKyle is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and has been working for Fenton Fitness and Athletic Center at the front desk for over five years. He recently obtained a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Public Health Sciences from the University of Michigan and is planning to continue his schooling to become a physical therapist. Kyle uses his knowledge on the physiology of the human body and fitness to help every member of Fenton Fitness achieve their fitness goals. Personally, Kyle is very passionate about staying healthy and fit. He exercises in the gym at least six days a week along with staying active outside of the gym playing sports, fishing, and rock climbing. Kyle’s main philosophy when it comes to working out is that “if you do your best and give 100% effort in every exercise that you perform, the results will take care of themselves.”
