Tracey is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer. During her years of working in the world of business, one thing remained the same, her love of fitness and nutrition. After three years working at the front desk for Fenton Fitness, it was a natural progression for her to become a certified personal trainer. Tracey believes that fitness and nutrition are the key to longevity and a healthy life. She also understands that all people have “setbacks” and setbacks are a natural part of life. With four children of her own, she understands how busy life can get. She wants to encourage others to make it to the gym during their busy lives due to the many mental and physical benefits of exercise. Most importantly, Tracey feels that it is important to help people understand the key is to never quit exercising.
