Program Design

If you prefer to train independently but want the benefit of an evidence based training program put together by our experienced Program Director, then Program Design is for you. We start with an assessment to find your strengths and weaknesses, review your  health history and training experience, determine your goals, and take into consideration your training schedule. From there an individualized training program is put together just for you.  One of our expert trainers will take you through all the exercises to make sure you understand how to execute the plan

Team Training

Studies have shown that the social support provided by a group exercise program has a positive effect on fat loss and fitness level. Combine the fun, motivating atmosphere of a group class along with the direct supervision of a qualified trainer and results are sure to follow. If you are serious about changing your body, try our Team Training classes. (Available 7 days/week at times to fit every schedule.) Semi-Private Training


Semi-private training is for individuals who want the benefits of working with a personal trainer and also enjoy the company of others. Training in small groups of 2-5 people lowers the cost of personal training while still offering a personalized plan and guidance. These training sessions are challenging and are adapted and scaled to your specific goals and fitness level. (Choose 1-4x/week)

**Includes Team Training and Program Design

1 on 1 Personal Training

1 on 1 Personal Training is reserved for individuals who are training for a specific event, recovering from injury, or who have movement restrictions or limitations that require program modifications.  It can also be useful if you are motivated by the personal attention and accountability from a trainer and like setting appointments at your convenience.  (Available 1, 2, 3, or 4 times per week.)

**Includes Semi-Private Training, Team Training, and Program Design.
