Personally, Kyle is very passionate about staying healthy and fit. He exercises in the gym at least six days a week along with staying active outside of the gym playing sports, fishing, and rock climbing. Kyle’s main philosophy when it comes to working out is that “if you do your best and give 100% effort in every exercise that you perform, the results will take care of themselves.”
Utilizing a trainer on a regular basis will make the time you spend exercising more productive and enjoyable. Your program will produce greater carry over to better function in daily activities, and you will lessen the risk of injury. Most important will be the achievement of fitness goals and the motivation to continue with your program.
